Looking for teens interested in Changing the urban canvas!

Are you 13-18? Love art and want to give back to Chicago communities, while getting paid to create art?

Join the Green Star Youth Panel and get paid to:

(Accepting Applications) Winter 2025: promote a city wide contest in which GSM’s Youth Panel will award one Chicago neighborhood with a mosaic mural; review applications and help us decide the final winner
- Stipend: $150
- First and third Saturday of the month (starts January 4, 2025 thru March 22nd)
- 11am - 2pm
- Location: GSM Studio- 355 N Ashland Ave
(Open) Spring 2025: be apart of the design phase of the mural; start the preparation for the mosaic mural in GSM’s artist studio
- Stipend: $150
- First and third Saturday of the month (starts April 5th thru June 21st)
- 11am - 2pm
- Location: GSM Studio- 355 N Ashland Ave
(Open) Summer 2025: learn how to create and install a public artwork in the form of a mosaic mural
- Stipend: $750
- Monday thru Fridays (starts July 14th thru August 22nd)
- Location: TBD

This is a paid opportunity and there will be a stipend for each session.
